Indication
HYLENEX recombinant is used for subcutaneous fluid administration, the infusion of fluids under the skin.
Important Risk Information
- You should not take HYLENEX if you’ve ever had an allergic reaction to products containing hyaluronidase.
- Tell your doctor about all the medications you take, including over the counter medications.
- HYLENEX should not be used to reduce the swelling of bites or stings.
- HYLENEX should not be used near any area that is infected or inflamed.
- The most frequently reported adverse reactions have been mild, local injection site reactions, such as redness, swelling, itching or pain.
- Rarely, patients have reported serious allergic reactions. Seek immediate medical attention if you have an allergic reaction or have trouble swallowing or breathing.
